Hawaii and Maryland On-Site Pipette Calibration

Our technicians have been providing fast, reliable in-lab pipette calibration and repair services, including pipette calibration certificates, throughout the U.S. since 1992 and now have an office locally located on the Big Island of Hawaii. We provide these services to universities, hospitals, government facilities, research institutions, private companies and specialty labs (i.e., clinical, forensic, genetic, pharmaceutical, toxicology, etc.).

Our pricing is the most competitive in the pipette calibration and repair industry. There are no hidden charges. Inspections are free of charge.

Choice Scientific is ISO17025 compliant.  Though we are not ISO17025 accredited all our equipment is NIST Traceable and we follow ISO8655 procedures to meet all ISO17025 requirements.

Choice Scientific offers optional Calibration Certificates for pipette compliance requirements under ISO17025, CLIA, FDA, GLP, GMP, NCCLS, NIDA and other organizations. The certificate is computer generated and includes the lab name and address information, pipette manufacturer, model name, serial number, calibration readings, analysis data, test method and next due date. Calibration is performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s pipette tolerance specifications for each brand and model.

A certificate and pipette label are provided for each pipette calibrated under Plan B and Plan C, (see plan outlines below).

 SERVICE PLANS

*For small quantities you can utilize out Mail-In Service by filling out our Mail-In Request Form and including it with your pipettes, (address for mail-in service is included on Mail-In Request Form)

 PLAN A.......$25.00 per pipette

Inspect and Clean, disassemble, replace seal and o-ring, grease any necessary parts as needed.  Calibrate pipette to manufacturers specifications at the high, middle and low volume.  All calibration procedures performed strictly follow ISO8655 guidelines.  A service order is provided detailing pipette type, serial number and service preformed for each pipette.  Each pipette receives a sticker with the service date and due date.  Six month warranty included.

PLAN B.......$30.00 per pipette

Required for Clinical Labs, Forensic Labs and all other test result labs meeting ISO17025, CLIA, and CAP requirements.

Plan B includes all Items in Plan A as well as an "AS RETURNED" Calibration Certificate to help your lab meet it's requirements (ISO, CLIA, CAP, GLP, FDA and many other standards).  Each pipette receives a sticker (sticker meets ISO requirements) with the service date and the next service due date (6 months or 12 months).

PLAN C.......$35.00 per pipette

Plan C includes all items in Plan B as well as an "AS FOUND" Calibration Certificate, some compliance organizations require both an "AS FOUND" and "AS RETURNED" Calibration Certificate for traceability to test results.  If you are not sure what plan you need please contact us.
